My life purpose of helping others was solidified after personal experiences with anxiety and depression as a teen. I knew I wanted to help others through challenging times and life transitions.

As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals identify and accomplish their goals and live a mindful, balanced life. I especially enjoy working with people committed to overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and difficult life transitions.
